Terms of Service
By using this website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal account and restricting access to your information. Any misuse or unauthorized use of our services is strictly prohibited.
The information and services provided on this website are offered ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or the availability of our content at all times. Use of this site is at your own risk.

1. Booking & Payments
All appointments and diagnostic packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking via our integrated payment gateway.
Prices for services (1-1 consultations, meal plans, and testing) are clearly listed on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Clinical Consultations: Once a 1-1 consultation has taken place, the service is deemed "fully performed," and no refunds will be issued.
Bespoke Meal Plans: As these are highly personalised "digital goods" created to your specific biological data, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once production has begun.
Diagnostic Kits (DNA, Allergy, Bloods): Due to the medical nature of these kits and from third-party laboratories, they are non-refundable once the kit has been dispatched or the seal has been broken for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will result in the full session fee being forfeited.
4. Statutory Rights (UK Law)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, these policies do not affect your statutory rights.
If a physical diagnostic kit is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund for that specific item.
If a service is not performed with "reasonable care and skill," you have the right to request that the service be repeated.
5. Laboratory Testing Disclaimer
The Precision Nutrition Clinic acts as a clinical intermediary for laboratory testing.
We are responsible for the clinical interpretation of your data, but we are not liable for laboratory processing delays or errors caused by the third-party testing facility.
